DEALERSHIP DAILY ONE ON ONE MEETINGS

Daily One on One Meetings

Here’s how the process is intended to work.

The purpose of One on Ones is to review the daily productivity of each salesperson.

SALES MANAGERS will conduct a One on One each day with each salesperson that will consist of:

  • Current status of Internet Leads
  • Current status of Phone Leads
  • Current status of Working Deals. Must discuss each one until they buy or die.
  • Any appointments for today and are they on the Appointment Board
  • Any deliveries for the today and are they on the F&I Delivery Board

The BDC or Sales Assistant will tabulate all the appointments and CRM material everyday by salesperson and present to Managers every morning the most current status.

When a salesperson discusses working deals, the object is to keep those deals close to the surface for as many eyes to view daily. This will ensure that the focus and concentration is always on the deals that are closest to being closed.

Sales Managers will bring F&I in on working deals that have payment or credit issues involved. These meetings are called Save-A-Deal Meetings. These are deals that need creativity to get completed by Finance Sources or different options other than previously presented.

When you begin to have daily One on Ones with your staff, you will have SUCCESSNOW!
